Facelift | Brow Lift | Blepharoplasty | Rhinoplasty | Hair Transplant Facial rejuvenation can be both surgical and non surgical. In general the tighter the skin, the less invasive we can be. Botox and other Botox like agents work well to soften wrinkles that come from facial movement. Fillers (and there are many) can fill out facial depressions such as the folds around the mouth and nose or even under the eyes. I always suggest that new patients start with small amounts and work their way up if they like the changes. For looser skin such as eyelid, saggy brows, cheek and neck laxity there is still no replacement for surgery. While we have tools that offer subtle skin tightening for true laxity skin must be surgically removed.
